Sgt. Crouse has been with the Houlton Police Department since 2004. He was promoted to Patrol Sergeant in 2008. He is a graduate of the 6th Basic Law Enforcement Training Program. Sgt. Crouse is a certified Taser Instructor and Field Training Officer.
